Why Cialis?

The founder of Flex Pharma, Dr. Rod MacKinnon, a professor of molecular neurobiology and biophysics at Rockefeller University, focuses primarily on treating and preventing muscle cramps and neuromuscular disorders.

His interest in tadalafil potential goes back to 2007, when his colleagues at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, Elizabeth A Martin and others conducted a study “Tadalafil alleviates muscle ischemia in patients with Becker muscular dystrophy,” available in Science Translational Medicine, November 2012.

The main finding of the study is that tadalafil quickly improved blood flow in 8 out of 9 patients with poor circulation. This effect happened right after just one dose and made a big difference.

FlexPharma reminds you that it is important to talk to your doctor before starting Cialis, especially if you have heart conditions, low blood pressure, or take nitrates, as these can cause serious interactions.

Building on decades of pioneering research in ion channel biology and neurophysiology, our founders saw a clear path forward: from understanding how cells communicate to actively improving how blood vessels function. This journey led Flex Pharma to explore the broader implications of vessel health and vasodilation — a crucial factor in everything from athletic performance to sexual wellness.

Recognizing the untapped therapeutic potential of well-known vasodilators like PDE5 inhibitors (sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil) our team began investigating how these compounds could be optimized and made more accessible. The result is a science-driven approach to bringing trusted generics of these powerful medications to U.S. citizens at a fraction of the cost.

At Flex Pharma, we believe that accessibility starts with transparency and quality. That’s why we work exclusively with vetted manufacturers and rigorously tested formulations. Here, every generic product we offer delivers the same efficacy and safety profile as its brand-name counterpart.
